Buyers please be aware that all $500 Deposits are Non-Refundable no exceptions.


 
 

All puppies must be paid in full on or before the puppy turns 6 weeks
Puppies will be released around 9 - 12 weeks at our descretion all families will be notified.
Once you are notified your puppy is now released come home it is the new owners
responsibility to confirm if there are weather restrictions in there city
It is also the new owners responsibility to have a Kenneling Application request on file if one is needed
Advance notice Kenneling services are $112 per week
No Kenneling Application on file in advance is $150 - $200 per week

Please note that also do to flight weather restrictions
some snubbed nose bullies are not able to fly until the appropriate Acclamation
temperature is satisfactory to the Airline this simply means when the weather is too hot or
to cold the Airline will not allow us to book a flight until weather conditions become a bit more
safer for your pet to come home in if this is ever the case you may be responsible for a kenneling fee
after 2weeks when the puppy was due to be sent to you
this is solely due to limited space and special space
for your new pup accommodations.
Buyers can however arrange an independent ground pet transporter to
transport there pup from our door to yours this cost is the loan responsibility
of the buyer

If using your ATM card a 2.9% fee will be deducted

Third Party Buyers or Purchasing under False Pretence is
- Any Buyer purchasing a puppy for someone else other then themselves
and failing to make it known to the Seller that the puppy is intended for
someone else and not the original Buyer Written / Signed on the
puppy Application or Buyers Contract.

Applicant / Buyer is aware that any false information will result
in a return request from seller of the puppy purchased under false pretence
and all monies paid by the Buyer agreed by the buyer forfeited
and legal action immediately taken against said buyer if he/she refuses
to return the pup in good health as given and safely returned to
the Seller ( Victoria Faciane ) without harm.

(No Copies,PO BOX will be excepted) We need your physical address and that address will be verified
to discourage third party buying
